Our Team.
The Squadron leadership team is built on three pillars. The Adult Leadership Team is a group of military and civilians responsible for the implementation of the Air Cadet program, including the planning and supervision of the required training program and additional squadron activities.

The officers are members of the Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC) branch which falls within the Cadet Organization and Administration Service (COATS), a sub-component of the Canadian Forces Reserves. Their primary duty is the training, supervision and administration of cadets.

They are supported by the Squadron Sponsoring Committee and the Senior Cadet Leadership.
